Are you ready to learn more about the scientific names of animals and play interactive classification games? Are you ready to become an expert at figuring out solutions to a dichotomous key?
Throughout this interactive WebQuest, you will be learning all about classification! You will learn what classification is, what classification is used for, how classification is used, and who created classification! During this webquest you will be working with a group and individually on different tasks! Also in this WebQuest you will be playing different interactive games to learn more about classification!
In this WebQuest, you will be a researcher, explorer, and creator!
You will research and find out about about the creator of the classification system. You will also define important vocabulary. You will be also be picking an animal to classify using the taxa classification system. In addition to that, you will be creating your own animal! You will also be figuring out different dichotomous keys and playing interactive classification games!
The big question of this WebQuest is: what is classification?
